Just thought I'd say Hello. My last post was about 18 Months ago, and i have lots of catching up to do. Have about 3000 plus unread messages to read...do the older read messages ever drop off?

Been having fun getting out with my Lone star and 505 as much as i can.

Anyway hello and Happy dirt fishing to all.

Yeah, I got the itch again recently myself, it's an annual thing for this and other hobbies I have such as gardening. I hate when it happens to me in late December, digging ice-dirt is no fun, so all you can do is read about it and dream of Spring!

Posts here on Findmall go back quite a ways. I think they had a forum meltdown a few years back and many posts were lost prior to that. So if you see one you might want to refer to later, copy it off as a file or print it, just 'cause ya never know!

Case in point was the original Bounty Hunter company website and its forum, that's all gone now. On the original forum before it got hacked and "invaded," forcing BH to shut it down, there was a lot of great info on the older machines, much of it from people who don't even post anymore, but those people were and are still considered experts on those machines. I miss ol' Pineapple and the rest of that gang. Jeff Peacock still posts, he no doubt remembers those days.

Fortunately, there's always someone to step up and answer the questions and post their finds when old-timers like myself fade away and don't post like we used to.

I'm looking forwards to the thaw and getting out more than we have in years past. Gold is just too high on the market, better take advantage of it! Hope your finds are great this year!
