Last Monday I took the wife to the beach along the shores of Lake Michigan and had just entered the water when a young man approached me with a look of horror on his face and asked " if I could find a gold ring with that machine" .I asked him where did he think he lost it and he said right next to his beach towel and he almost ran out of the water towards it.When I finally caught up to him I realized that the look of horror was because his wife was standing there glaring at him as if he threw the ring away.Took about 10 sweeps and heard that lovely sound and scooped it up and asked if this was it .Turns out his wife is one of the Lifeguards and couldn't believe I found it and they were both very relieved and thanked me profusely.I figure no good deed goes unpunished so I better keep my eyes open
