Results after a week with new MD

U.P. Northwoods

New member
Well would upload pics if I had a camera but it's in the works and hopefully by the weekend I'll post them. Have been getting familiar with my new Whites M6 at the grade school the next street over from mine. After a little over a week I have pulled 8.93 Of course most of it clad. Totals are 14 Quarters, 26 Dimes, 42 Nickles, 93 Pennies, 1 1941 Nickel, 1 1943 Silver Nickel, 1 1944 Wheatie, 1 Alladins Castle Token, 1 Brass Avon Lipstick Sampler, 1 Costume Jewelry Cross, 1 Butterfly Charm, 1 Coca Cola Bottle Charm, 1 Copper Ring w/leaves on it. The last two items I found this afternoon. I tried out the 10x 14 coil I got and it worked great although I have much to learn with it yet. Of course I got my share of pull tabs, chopped up alum. cans, pencils out the ying yang. You would think grounds keeprs would tie a bag on to their mowers instead of just running over every piece of garbage or can in their path. Oh well, there you have it. Its truly been a long time and I am truly enjoying every minute back at it. Northwoods out.

Congrats on the finds! it sounds like the M6 is doing you quite well! Good job for sure, Beale.

Great job!!!

Good job, sounds like the M6 is a real nickel getter.
