There are 59 wheaties and 4 canadian pennys. There were three 1909 pennys but I sqinted very hard to try to get an s-vdb but to no avail. They are just plain. There were serveral new coins and clad too but this is the first time out where I found more old coins than new. We met an old man who knew where the school was in an old town but was torn down long ago. I don't think there has been a detector there before.
Happy hunting to and to all a good day!

Congrat's on your finds and hope to see you post some nice finds again real soon.

That is one pile of Wheat's. Several years ago we had a club hunt in a State park here in Washington and I found about 50 wheat cents, oldest 1917 and all located around one side of a grown up tree. I recall people at the meeting referring to it as the Wheatie Tree. 2 years ago I found a similar tree and called a Buddy over who had another type of machine other that Minelab and told him to try it. He couldn't even pick up the targets so I pinpointed a couple for him. He is now a convert and killing the silver coin's. Congratulations again on your successful hunt
