The whole nut for the weekend, excepting aluminium trash which I deposited in the trash. Plus some pics of the hunt taken by my wife.
The musketball on the left and the swiss army knife were fun finds. I resisted the temptation to pun, when I posted the large brass nut.
The bottle looks like a medical bottle with lead cap remains, pretty old I'd say WWII maybe. The buttons I liked a lot, both are british. The copper button is general service the other one I don't know (has GB under a crown on the face).

Always great fun hunting around the boaters, especially when they leave Heineken caps behind (the new ones ring like gold, GRR!). I don't mind when they leave their rings behind though.:clapping:

Out at the point it is a lot quieter. Not profitable but still nice.

Keep Swingin Pirates!

My wife came out to see how I was doing, this was after I brought her the sapphire (Susan Loves Sapphires, apparently diamonds are okay but sapphires are the thing). The shoreline here is really extraordinary so I took a pic of my princess.

On the way back we came across this little critter, completely harmless it flies through the water like a stingray but is more like a butterfly. Apparently it lives on the turtle grass or perhaps whatever crud grows on the turtle grass, who knows?

It sure was a beautiful weekend, hope everybody had fun as well.

Oh yeah...lookin' good!

Did you try the "Auto Contrast" and "Auto Color" buttons in Picasa? They can do wonders...amazing how it "knows" what the picture needs, but it's like magic with some shots. And there are a lot of other thinsg too...like the sharpening and cropping tools, etc...great program for the price!

The first set of pics I had developed back home at Walmart they wanted to give me a discount on the developing of the film as they thought something was wrong with the machine. Water clarity is one of the pluses of living on one of the most isolated islands on the planet.

Of course scoring up the gold that the tourists leave behind after their visit is also a big plus.
