Resetting everything back to factory default?

I would like to reset my V3 back to factory default. Not just individual programs, but the whole works. Can it be done?

I want to start with the factory default Coin & Jewelry program, but it is no longer in my list. I've looked in the Deleted folder and the Library and it is not there to restore. Any idea how to bring it back?

In the expert menu,
'program' 'new/copy' 'Library program'
check 'Use library name'
select the program
tab to 'create' and press enter

You need to do them one at a time, there is not a restore all at once option.
