these are two resources I use to look at the local areas. I found that our local college here was a military fort and have found alot of old drive-ins that are no longer open and a couple that are. Not sure this belongs here but I'm still new to the forum.
 
I have alot of old history books as well and alot more research sites I use it was not for MDing then but more because I'm a history nut. But now that I found a hobby I can put with my love for the history of anything, I can use the sites to find places to hunt:thumbup:
