Repurposing a jewelry find

This was an earring that I found earlier this year. It is gold with sapphire stones. My wife really liked it, so I took it to a jeweler and had it converted into a necklace for her.
 
That would look down-right pretty on a gal. Love that piercing pure deep blue stone. And cool that your show & tell bragging rights can be with you guys when you're out and about on-the-town :)
