Replacement coil or cable?

Hello,

I sent a Eagle Spectrum in to Whites for tune up and diagnostics, just got the invoice back and they said "
REPLACE LCD BAD BACKLIGHT CAUSING DISPLAY TO FAIL
REPLACE LENS RE TUNE UNIT. WE DID NOTICE
SOME NOISE FROM LOOP CABLE WHICH
CAN CAUSE SOME TARGETS TO
FLUCTUATE WHILE SWEEPING.

Does this mean I should replace the coil or replace the cable?

$200.00 ebay deal is gonna cost over $400.00 before I even get to use it....
