i have a question about whites repairs.does whites still repair their older machines?i know Garrett no longer repairs the older models.

It depends on what kind of repair it needs and if parts are available. Call one of the repair centers, 1-800-392-3223, Chicago, is one of them.

I have an old Whites 2 box that I wanted to get some information on as to what frequency that it runs on and some information to repair the transmitter or have them do the repair. I have e-mailed Whites several times and they will not even answer my e-mails. They could at least answer my e-mails and say that they no longer repair or have parts for the old two box. I am very seriously considering selling my MXT that I use to hunt gold with and buy another brand such as a Minelab.

E-mail is a poor way to get information in my opinion. Call the toll free # above and talk to to Tony.
