Repair turnaround?

Sent my cz 7a pro back to Fisher for repair of the earphone jack. Anyone have an experience on the approximate turn around time? Now I see the need for a back up detector! Thanks...

basically it depends on how busy they happen to be at the time....like how many units are ahead of yours, etc. Usually most folks say 3 weeks or so on average.....but don't hold me to that :D Could be less, could be more.....after a couple weeks you can call FRL & ask about it's status if you want.....

I have my ID Excel on the way back from the doctor. It took them a week to get to it . It needed a new touch pad and a coil. They did not charge for the touch pad but the coil was 105.00.I was not expecting that but quick turn around on repairs and you can call or email Dana and she will check on your detector and also give any info wanted. Hi erikk, I sent a couple of TW-6 units in for repair and I had them back in within a week and a half. Customer very satisfied ! CU later and God Bless.

On the volume they have in for repair, many send their units in in the off season so might be a factor..I always give my Tel# and request an estimate and have to admit over the years and using many CZ's my problems were few and minor. Fisher is easy to work with and will have your unit back to you ASAP as good as new....

Thanks for all the info guys-just got back in town. I'll give them a call today and see what's up.
