Repair car charger for E-Trac

I was able to take apart the 12 volt cigarette lighter plug for my car charger. I have voltage at the circuit board, but none at the coaxial plug end. I tried wiggling the wire to see where the break is to no avail. I think the plug is an "H" size, but would like to replace the whole wire and plug. Does anyone have any suggestions?
