Remember Me?

About two months ago I was asking quite a few questions on this forum when I was agonizing over whether the Excalibur would be the water machine for me or not.

I had it a few weeks before I was able to make a trip to Florida for one week. For my first week I found one gold pendant. Not much by some standards, but I was pleased with it.

Finally the lakes here are warm enough and the water levels are high enough for the swimming areas to open. In the last 9 days, I have found 9 rings and another gold pendant. Three of the rings and the pendant are 14K. Today I found my first Diamond ring and a beauty at that. In fact, the one ring would more than cover the price of the Excal.

I don't post much here now as I post mostly on Beach and Water forum, but I am dropping in now to say thanks to everyone who helped me decide on this fantastic detector. All my doubts have been put to rest!

Great find happy hunting....:detecting:

Of underwater detector especially in saltwater which it handles well.
Water is where the gold jewelry is and the Excalibur can sniff it out...

You are one of the ones who offered some good advice, and steered me toward the Lightning Rod.

I appreciate you!

If you look back a couple of pages in the Beach and Water hunting forum, you can see my story alton. I think it's on about page 3-4 now. Look back to april and you can see the silver bar lode too. I sent in the majority of everything I had accumulated for refining and got bars fer pay! Kept only the rings with stones. Piracy, you just gotta LOVE this sport!!
