Wow. What can I say. Three weeks now and FINALLY some gold. I kept having to think like "Joe Dirt", "Life is like a garden, dig it" and "keep on keepin on". I thought I was never going to see gold again, or silver for that matter. So I dragged myself out of bed again this morning, got the coffee in me and was at the beach at daybreak. The second target i dug was the gold/birthstone and children's names(i guess) ring. So it's on now I'm thinking. Then an hour or so later, I hit the second gold band. I know there 10k, but I will take what I can get right now. Hopefully Davey opened his locker again for me.

Those are beauties. Dry spells always come to an end even though you think they are never going to. Similar to recessions.

Man, it feels like a long time since I have posted on here. I forgot how nice everyone is. I'll have to keep posting, even if it all I dig is junk. At least you guys will know I am still out there everyday.

My girlfriend works for immigration here and is going to see about finding out if anyone knows four people with those names that are related, then find there mother. It is a small island, so it's possible. On the other hand, there are about 45,000 people that visit this island a week by cruise ship alone. Chances are they are long gone. If it is at all possible to get it back we will. I usually watch the lost and found posts here as well.
