Relic mode is DYN-O-MITE!

Wish I could remember who to thank for suggesting that I use the Relic Mode in combination with VDI readings! I tried it today for two hours and doubled my finds and had to go home because my fingers were tired from digging! <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> In a two hour period I found 84 coins and one token equaling $4.23! This method, along with my Shooter coil, is a "deadly" combination. Thank you whoever suggested that I try it!
Below is a breakdown of my finds since 19 September when I got my MXT: (No silver & only one wheatie)
951 Pennies..... 72% of Coins
112 Nickels..... 8% of Coins
151 Dimes..... 11% of Coins
106 Quarters..... 8% of Coins

The relic mode is all I use once I seen what it can do. I can cover a area so much faster and dig more coins per hour as I was with the coin and Jewely mode.
Sounds like the Mini Shooter is working out for you, feels a little small, but boy does it work.
I hope you starting finding some silver with it, maybe when you get the new stuff out of the way the older coins will come.

What advantages are there to relic mode while coin shooting?
I'm going to try next time out and was wondering what I should be looking for when I try it.
