Temps of upper 50's. Cool but dry. Hunted soybean field in Central LA / Old skirmish site. No cabin fever here... We found a few items of interest. Thanks for looking. CCH

Great video CCH. Love to see the finds coming out of the ground.

Just a tip: When we go hunting for old coins, etc., we carry a small 35mm canister (that film came in) with a bit of water in it and put my old "keeper" coins in and it soak the dirt off without scratching them. We love filling it up. :twodetecting: Give it a shake or two and then you can see what the coin is. No scratches!

CCH, thanks for posting videos, gives us (in frozen areas) something to look forward to in early Spring.

Nancy, great tip. It is now added to my arsenal!

Nancy :

Thanks for the tip - Awesome tip  ! I'm pretty much blind up close. LOL.

USAF :

You're welcome. One advantage of living down South is warmer weather in the winter which allows a bit more hunting time.

Dido Nancy on the tip. Why didn.t I think of that?
Don't answer that.

CCH... Great video. Look forward to watching. We're covered in a blanket of snow, like at least a foot so no digging anytime soon. HH Jack
