Does someone have the address and phone number for the Lombard IL repair center? Do they do all the upgrades on the Vision? Im having depth problems with my Vision and would like to send it in and have it looked at and maybe have the v3i upgrade done too.

How long does it actually take to do the update? Is it just a ROM swap? Or do they actually have to hook up something to reprogram the memory with?

The Lombard center is within easy driving distance for me..so maybe it might be worth it. (but I can't give up the box yet..I'm having to much fun)
