? regarding AT Pro

Any reviews/comments regarding the AT Pro's performance in the water on the Florida beaches. I have heard and seen great reviews of it in fresh water / lakes and ponds but curious about how it performs in salt water ? Thanks for your feedback. CCH

East central FL beaches it's pretty good. Dry sand it's very good. Wet sand you lose a little depth in the water more so. It's not going to beat a machine like an Excal but then it's a lot less money! You ground balance in each area the drop a few points manually until it runs smooth. Black sand seems to be what hurts the depth in the wet and dry sand. I seem to get 10 inches in the dry, 8 in the wet and 6 to 8 under water in my locations.

A good thing is it seems better on small targets then some more expensive rigs and is supposed to hit chains well. I've yet to get my coil over one personally yet! But the tiny stuff it hits is impressive.

Thanks so much. Thats exactly the type of info (based on experiences) that i'm looking for. This will able me to make a more informed decision. CCH
