Will a tiger shark coil hook directly to an older Umax model, or does there need to be an adapter to run it..... Or did tesoro make a 10.5" doughnut coil in the past, for the older models, that looks like a tiger coil. Thanks!

Call Tesoro M-F during the day to be sure. + to be sure it doen't need a special waterproof connector.

Yes they did make a 10.5 white donut coil which will work on new and old Tesoro's.....don't have the unit in hand but most water units have the coil mounted internally to protect the waterproof integrity of the unit...
