Red Racer...

Not too much talk about this amazing detector lately. In my opinion it's in the top 5 detectors out there right now, if you haven't used one I think of it as a Vaquero with a meter and a few more adjustments. I for one will never give mine up... In fact I have tested it along side the E-trac, Multi Kruzer, and Impact in the field and it held it's own pretty solid. Just because new detectors are introduced doesn't mean they are better. I sold my E-trac because my XS is better. In my opinion.

I know what you mean. I got the Red Racer like it so much had to get the Racer 2 when it came out. Now I got the Multi kruzer.

Although I think I may thin the heard a little and get rid of the Red Racer. I really don't need 3 of them but it will be hard to let go.

Think hard before you send off "Big Red". In 35 years I have never had a detector I liked so much... And I had 2 Mark 1's.
