Guess he liked the warm flow of air and wind from down south. Still hard to believe this tiny birds can make that trip with all the movement those winds do....Remarkable.... He was tanking up on sugar water big time.... Sure enjoy them, first bird in at daybreak and last one to pull out at dusk....

really early this year. I expect them any day but actually, I have not been watching it much. Buddy and I went out for Morels this morning but found none. :(
 
this is the first year I have a feeder for them, seldom see here, if lucky will try to get one with my camera, but chances are slim to none.
 
I know we love to have ours around... And they take care of huge quantities of mosquitoes as well....... an added bonus. :):

but haven't seen any sign yet. George. My mother-in-law, in our suite, said she saw one last week but he couldn't have taken much necter.
