Recovery Speed of the Fors Core Machines:clapping:

Over the past 30 years I have owned many detector's from many companies. Some great, some good and a few well you know. When it comes to recovery speed nothing matches the Nokta machines. I know there is a couple that are close but this isn't horse we are playing. Just want to say thanks to the folks at Nokta for all there hard work. Please keep it up and can't wait for the Impact. Will I sell all of my other detector's NO. They all have there place. But I can promise you one thing Nokta is on the right track when it comes to recovery speed and hunting in very trashy iron spots. Also thanks to Jack Flynn for telling me about what they can do Thanks Guy's

is quite impressive, as it is on the Makro Racer series models. I mainly Relic Hunt and deal with ample trash wherever I search and the unmasking abilities of all the models in my personal arsenal simply is not beat by any of the competitors units, and I have owned and used most of them.

I agree, nothing from the competition offers the features and performance of these models from the Nokta/Makro team. I used to use some of those that were at the 'leading edge' ... at the time ... and they work okay, but they don't work like what I am using now. It's great to have a detector battery that excels when it comes to depth, performance and unmasking abilities that call for recovery speed.

I don't see the Nokta/Makro group dropping the ball at all because they monitor consumers comments and work to R&D some of the finest performing detectors we could want.

I always think it is a good idea to keep any good-working detector on-hand, but I sold off the bulk of my arsenal of competitor's models. Matter of fact I still have been thinning some of my favorites of the past because I have been using the CoRe. Relic, Racer 2, Gold + and Gold Racer much more, and by the end of this month I will only have one or two all-time favorite Tesoro models in my arsenal other than Makro and Nokta ... mainly for nostalgic sake.

 Nothing better, to be sure.

PS: If you, or anyone, has some spare time and would like to have the experience of hunting some very challenging iron littered sites, you're welcome to come join a bunch of folks from at least seven states for a Welcome-to-Hunt Outing on May 19th thru 22nd. Just offer up your time and effort to meet good people and get out finding stuff out of Wells, Nevada, our 'base-point' for the 3rd WTHO. Last year our first two WTHO's produced coins dating back to an 1854 Large Cent and 1854 Seated Liberty Half-Dime, other Seated Liberty and Barber silver coins, 'V' Nickels, Indian Head Cents, Chinese Cash Coins, Trade Tokens, and all sorts of interesting buttons and small artifacts. Questions? Shoot me an e-mail.
