recovery setting question. Deep? Fast? Neither or both?

Just curious what recovery setting folks use. Do you have deep or fast turned on? Do you have neither one turned on or do you have both turned on? Why have you chosen your particular settings? Thanks.

A fast recovery speed is useful for better target separation. Use it in heavy trash.
A deep recovery speed has poorer target separation, but as the name implies, it goes deeper. You should also slow your swing down with this one active.
A fast + deep is probably a trade off between the two. I haven't used it much.
I tend to use FAST most of the time. I use deep when there isn't a lot of trash OR when I can't find any coins in other modes.
