Recovery Delay Setting

cx3

New member
I was tinkering with my V this afternoon and decided to change the ( Recovery Delay) setting from pre set of 80 to 60 to see if opening the detection window up a bit made much difference in depth.
I was surprised, the V hit on my 9" dime much better than it did with a setting of 80. The pre set (Recovery Delay) setting for almost all of the programs is 80, if you are hunting in an area that is not too trashy try lowering the (Recovery Delay) I think you will find better performance. Recover delay is in the expert menu under filter and speed. HH

I know it sounds strange until you think about it. But it is a recovery delay so lower would mean less of a delay or faster recovery.
