has decided to repair his home and put it up for sale to get back enough of his equity he has paid into it! He was going to move after he retired....he is only 54. but because of circumstances of his job which he has been employed for many, many years but not sure how long but now he doesn't want to lose his home and everything he has worked for up to now! His wife's hrs were cut back too, so they just can't meet the bills and before that, he is going to list home by Sept and hopefully it sells by November! He is listing the price way below the appraisal value, as he put in a new kitchen just a few years ago! Please pray for him to stop and think about his decision before doing anything too rational! No help from him for me as he will be busy putting up a new retaining wall and getting his things together to move, so he may be gone before me! When he decides to do something, he is like his dad, and does it.....not one to pray and patiently wait like I do, so jumps ahead of what God would have planned for him! He needs Jesus for sure! Amen! Ma
