Recommended replacement for Tes Tiger Shark?

Hi Everyone! I'm Kevin from the North shore of Massachusetts. I want to detect at the salt water beaches here in Massachusetts. I enjoy searching in shallow tidal pools and at the water line. I have been reading terrific reviews of the Tesoro Tiger Shark. This sounds like just the detector for me, as I only seek gold and silver, nothing else. There is only one small problem: I'm seeing messages from my fellow treasurehunters here in Mass. and Conn. that the Tiger Shark does not work well in water here. (Seems to have something to do with the salt water balance.) One TH'er said that The Tiger Shark works well in New England salt water if the csc is used. (Whatever that is, maybe the cs coil). I'm wondering if anyone has a better machine for me to use than the Tiger Shark here in Mass. I might still get a used Tiger shark, just to see for myself, because this sounds like a nice machine. I like the nice low 10KHz cycle, this is perfect for finding small gold and silver. Thank you, and happy treasure hunting! Go get 'em! ;-)

I've heard the Sandshark is way better in saltwater. It's a PI machine,so the saltwater has no effect. When I was in the market for a water machine to hunt gold and silver, the Sandshark and Whites PI were top of the list.Ended up going with a Fisher CZ-20 instead.
