What brand would be the best ones to buy.Which brand Batteries do a lot of you use. Thanks for input.

The new Energizer Recharge AA's are as good as any of the high priced and popular brands.

For years I have used the same "Tenergy" AA and "EBL" 9V batteries from Amazon in all of my equipment.

The price was right and they seem to last forever.

I agree with 'Tenergy' or 'EBL'. I have both and they are good batteries and available on eBay. I do not think you could go wrong with either. One thing is that no rechargeable battery will work very long in a pinpointer. At least that is what I have found. I think it is because our metal detectors have a voltage regulator built in and the pinpointers do not. If I am wrong, someone correct me.

I am having good luck with Tenergy AA for my F75Ltd and 9v for my pinpointer.

I have tenergy batts that came with my detector and I also use Panasonic Eneloop cells. Both perform equally well. Additionally, I buy akalines by the 64 pack at Costco which brings the price per cell down to about $0.25. I can usually find 25 cents in crusty zincolns on a normal day.

"moose" just be sure to look for the LSD type, and stay away from the Rayovac there charge cycles FALLS way short of their listed capacity.
