Recent Finds on Vacation

I posted photos of 3 silver Roosevelt dimes and one clad Roosevelt dime about a week ago which were found while on vacation the first week of August visiting my grandchildren.

While there I also found these; a 1968 Kennedy half in one of the city's oldest parks, and at the County Fairgrounds a silver commemorative pin celebrating the city's 100th year.

Yes, I found it at the Latah County Fairgrounds between a couple of the exhibition buildings. An older gentleman who lives across the street from where I was detecting saw me and came over to chat. Wasn't as efficient at metal detecting that way, but we had a nice visit.
