I took the 5.3 coil thru my test coins. Disc was 3 and sensitivity +1. Right now I like the Coin/Jewelry mode. It hit loud on the 7 1/2" nickel and id as 25' cents most of the time. A nice hit on the 8" quarter and id as 1$ most of time and iron sometimes. Hit good on the 7" copper penny and id was hitting penny dime. Got a very soft hit on 7 1/2" dime with no id. All smooth sounds and I would have dug them all.

In my mild ground I am happy with the 5.3. Now just have to test the 6x10dd and the 9.5 coils.
