Really liking my Anfibio

Have taken it to a couple of my CW sites last several weeks and have really been impressed...Have one site that in the past several years finds have gotten slim using a well known relic detector and only hearing iron grunts..
While trying the Dl2 and GenD modes on the Anfibio have been surprised that a number of these deep iron grunts turned out to be couple 58's, j hook, part of a harmonica reed, a eagle button and some miscellaneous brass/lead/iron pieces...plus
I like that its waterproof and that stock coil punches deep in my dirt
Kudos to Nokta for a great detector..

Got yo agree with you Joe! Excellent machine...

I am enjoying learning my new Anfibio as well. I am anxious to hunt some of the places I had success with my Explorer.
I found many old coins with my Explorer that were deep enough that they were just barely audible. So, I am hopeful that there are more coins still there that were just out of the Explorers range, that I can recover with the Anfibio. So far I have only been able to hunt on the beach and in a couple of modern parks. I am learning what to listen for, and am confident I can make many good finds with this machine. I am fascinated with it, and all the features it has to offer.

I've been out twice so far. First hunt it seemed to run good in some red clay spots. What we did find was at pretty good depths in that soil. Didn't find any goodies, but it was fun. Last one, a short hunt, I found two civil war bullets, piece of an old horseshoe and I spent at least a 1/2 hr. digging two deep(probably bullets) targets. I left them and will go back when it dries out. It was really water soaked in some spots. So far...I like it and seems to be a deep seeker. Got it hooked up to the Garrett wireless system.
