Well its been a while since I've been here and reading posts on the 1270 and I still like them myself and made me think of all my finds with mine and were some of the best and as a matter of fact I liked the 8khz frequency so much that I keep one machine around with that but the 1270 has found me some of the best finds an is a very good deep seeking coin seeker and i'll always have a place in my heart for it.

I was just watching some of your videos on youtube TravelinJavelin. I'm buying a 1270 as soon as my taxes get here. I had a 1236x2 that I liked even more than the Vaquero I had and I'm thinking the 1270 will impress me even more with raw horsepower. -Jay

This is a little off subject, but I was thinking you and sent some PM's going to each other about another machine that was in line with the type of machine the 1270 is. Just not to sure, but if so could you share the name of that machine, and if they still make it. I am drawing a little bit of a blank. Being that none of the machines we talk about here are made any more, I would think an open post would upset anybody. But a if so a PM would be okay.

It would be nice if they would just change the name of this forum and make it for all classic machines.
