reactivity and depth

I know reactivity as an effect on depth. Does iron volume and silencer have any depth reduction depending on the settings?

The silencer is a feature that may lose you slight sensitivity (and depth) to very small objects as its basically adding a slight bit more discrim to cut out annoying chirps and pops from iron......thats how it worked on the goldmax power......it was mainly helpful for beginners to the machine......i ran mine with no silencer whatsoever......a bit more of an ear bashing but more sensitivity to small silver coins amongst the iron.
