Hi all
Does anyone here know what the detecting laws are for St. Thomas and Tortola. I am currently working on a cruise ship and stop off at these ports once a week. Can I detect the beaches..(in and out of the water)..How about anywhere else inland?
Any help would would be greatly appreciated
