as well, because he was not going to miss out on some silver... In

15 mins. he dug close to 6 silver, 3 in the same hole. I stood

behind and dug 13 silver coins that afternoon... Great Day and

Great Spot...

I was amazed at the amount of Quarters at the site!!! I never ran

into an area that I can truely call Silverado. Just the pressence of

Barbers was a shock to as the park is not that old, and the land was

owned by the Huntington Family.

This is the Barber Quarter that started it all. I dug two in the same

area of a grassy area near a picnic spot. It's the first barber for me

in that park, so I wonder into the nearby woods and hit Silverado...

Hee Haa... It was the second visit to the grassy area.

As always, many dimes... a 1916 dime came to light, but very worn

and may have had the mint mark, can you spot it.... maybe next

time...LOL.
