[attachment 9776 grandgorge20004.jpg] Here are the guys with the Tractor. There's Robert and Lucy who invited us up for the weekend before closing the house down for the winter. I always help them and then we all go out looking for arrow heads and other Indians stuff, we also do so metal detecting on any of the 5 properties we have permission to go on. Robert Apuzzo is an expert in NYC Beer Bottles, and has an avid collection of beer bottles and arrow heads, he also has 2 books, one on Revolutionary relics hes' un-earthed in NY with a well know archaeologist in Manhattan, and his book on bottles from 1600's to 1925. Look for his books with a web search.

This Carriage House was built in 1895 and Robert bought it last year, and it's funny that a 1896 Indian penny was found near the right side where the carriages may have been parked. I can almost seen the penny falling from the person's hand as he's paying for the ride home, it's night time of course. Behind the carriage house is the area I said before where there's an old Barn that dates back to 1840's, did not get to do that area, but hey, those goodies are not going anywhere and something to look forward to for either this fall's last trip or for early spring next year... Good Lord Willing...
