Till this matter is taken care of with the higher ups of the Park's Department chain of command. I was issued a summons last Tuesday by a Mounted Officer who know me, and still issued me a summons which was written out by a ranger, go figured, but I will see them in court as the area I was in was an area that the very parks dept was using a dump for years. This area can not be considered woodlands or that native vegetation is growing there be cause, native vegetation can not grow in area that has been dump with cement, iron, bottle, and cans, and everything else under the sun. So, I will be going to court and settle a lot of questions also by calling all the agencies that I can to clear up a lot of problems with the wording of our rules on our permits. Pray folks, pray that we do not lose our right to hunt where there is no way we are going to damage the environment. I am now doing research as to what are considered woodlands and native vegetation, where it grows and which species are in the group, and if an area that has been dumped on for years with garbage can still be called woodlands where native vegetation grows... Wish me LUCK Guy's and Doll's, my Bro's and Sisters in Christ.
