Hello Everyone,I cant seem to get picture's of my find's uploaded to show.Last week was a Silver frog pin with glass eyes and Gold wash with beads..Now this week, today,Sunday March 6th,Went with my friend up to Railroad Tunnel built in 1912.There I found a 1800's DL&W-RR heart lock.On the square section, read the railroads maker mark, then with only 45 minutes left to hunt, because my friend had long drive,we figured to hit these corn fields outside of town. Three minutes there I found a 1957 Roosevelt Silver Dime,In decent grade with hair detail still. Then 3 minutes after that,Still in the downed cut corn field,I was getting readings,Flickering from Dime to Quarter, then would just go clear right,to 50 cent silver and stick..Down about 9 inches I pulled out a 1849 Seated Liberty half dime..Could read Liberty on Lady Libs shield..Came out in nice shape.I was jumping up and down.Even Barber's or Mercurys are great,But Seated Liberty anything,Ill take it.Was using my Fisher F5 with 5 inch fisher coil..We left and are going back ASAP.Wished we started there first.Settler's from Providence Rhode Island had build cabins,pre-1850,and they got washed away in the flood..So probably is going to be more Goodies. The friend I go with is 78 year old Army Vet,who when Silver is coming up,His eyes lite up like a Xmas Tree.He runs a Garrett 1500 that is over 14 years old.He hits j-pot often with Barbers and Jewelry..What I seemed to learn,Even a Radio shack will see down,Just one will dig everything,While our decent units,Help skip alot of junk.A few targets were deep after I found the half dime, and I started digging them all and Got a few beer cans.So will hope tofollow target ID,but if I dig deep Peep's,They have paid off as well,Just not at this place.Wish I could share the pictures. They dont attach it says..Happy Hunting
