I was hoping to try a single sided type from you, as that is what I prefer.

We did exchange e-mails, and the last one said you would get back to me. I didn't want to continue bugging you, but you never did get back with me on this one.

Sorry Ed. I thought we left it as I was still researching the best way to construct a single cup.
However, still nothing in the works.

What I wanted to do was make my own soft pad for the other side that doesn't have a cup.

What I have done is bought a small bag of 'scrap' leather, and made a small bag, about the size of a raquet-ball. I then fold one foam insulation, like the ones that are inside most earphones, and 'bag' the non-cup side. I also use draw strings to tie it in place.

It makes for a comfortable pad, and doesn't slip off or out of place.

Next question is, How much would you sell a single muff, with a volume control, a limiter switch, and the head band?
