Ratphone msa's with Tejon/Tesoro's???

I just ordered a set of the new style ratphone MSA's and I was wondering if any one has used these with Tesoro's? I got fed up with having to take my Chinese headphones apart and keep fixing them.

Haven't used the Rats, but don't blame you for tiring of the cheapies. I'm thinking the Rats will work fine with your Tesoros.

I purchased a pair of Ratphones about a year and a half ago. About a month ago I acquired a Tejon and the Ratphones I have work fine with it. Don't know anything about new style MSA's???

I have the older dark green Rats but also been wondering about the new MSA. The one I have do sound good and the cord is nice. Hope the MSA is a good one.

Thanks for the feedback. I will try the ratphone MSA's and report back. I like a full range sound verses the tinny sound of some headphones so I think I will like the ratphones.

From the illustrations this new design does not appear to be collapsable for easier storage like the old ones were. Are they?

Got the Ratphones today. The build quality is great and the sound is top notch but I didn't like how they block out almost all of the ambient noise around me. I know this helps you hear the deep signals but I like to hear some of my environment because we hunt in the deep woods most of the time. I still recommend them if you like low ambient noise head phones with high quality construction and sound. The eBay seller Windy City detectors is refunding the purchase price minus the shipping which is more than fair so I recommend them as well.

Never mind. I e-mailed Detect USA and asked if they folded like the older ones and was told they did not.
