Rare steel pull tab from the mid 1970,s

I went back to a spot that is a snapshot of the mid 1970,s most tabs are the ring pulls and some of the late 70,s ones but one was steel and atached to a can with an aluminum top but all steel bottom this suprized me as i have never seen a steel pull tab, found some nic copper wire and a 1965 quarter that looks like it seen 10 years of circulation , no gold no silver but it was an intresting dig ,

You are definitely in the ring range digging all those tabs. I'll give you 3 bucks for that steel pull tab :poke: one day you will surprise yourself - as you will be making your plug to pull out that "pulltab" only to find out it is a nice gold ring. Hang in there bro.

Jim it will be as you say , let it be hastened,

gunnar best buddy just got his blisstool 64v3. his falses everytime he bumps something, i mean easily beeps. any problems like that with yours? also did you get or have a coil cover?

Dixie, It does not come with a coil cover , , and yes it will beep if i bump a stick , and it seems when changing the gain it will get into a little chatter fit somtimes, but it always quites down , they recomend a gain of 5 but that is way to high 3 is really deep and 1.5 is good he may want to turn down his gain, and threshold to 5 and properly ground balance also its going to need to be drawn down at least 5 times and recharged just to break in the battery , you may get some chatter fits with it at 1st but take a dime and bury it at 10" and pracktice tuning in on that 6 threshold will give the best depth remember to turn down the DD and DL to ) 0 befor ground balancing remember a gain of 5 is for good ground if I use that gain I canot get a 10" deep dime because its choking the signal in this badd ground beteen 1.5 and 2.5 gain will get really good results your silencer can be turned to 2 to quite it down but much more and you loose deep signals , any more question let me know , in really mineralized ground you will need less discrimination as well like I say praktice on a dime 8" and 10" I can get a nickle at 13" dimes to 11" with great signals quarter to 14" and a half dallor at 16"
