I spotted this place along a creek with a one lane bridge early this spring. The problem was a sign there that read no parking no fishing I wanted to stay out of site not to Give anyone any ideas. So I parked up the road walked in and with in 10min. Bam!! Got a Mercury dime than the Rosie. Next came the lens believe to be from a gas mask. The barber dime was a ugly sounding hit almost didn't dig it VDI 76 I past up on other in the penny range the sound made flip a plug was glad I did. On my way I out I detected near the bridge and that's we're I found the half dollar 89 VDI 3" deep. How many times walking back to the car you get a good target? Seems to happen a lot.

Congrats on a great hunt & the Dime Trifecta. I like to do the same, not park where someone may notice me. You never know when you come across that Honey hole & you don't want anyone knowing where it may be.

Great work there!:clapping: That Franklin half is a dream coin I have not found yet!:surprised:

Dutch,

Looks like you got the pro fixed. I have had the same problems with mine. What a great silver day, especially the that half.

Great hunt,

Dalpal

super hunt! Man has always been attracted to water and this proves it. I guess it is time for me to break out my mountain bike and do a little "off roading" - Jim

That's an impressive silver line-up - I sure like that big Ben! Congratulations!
