Even the General is bored because he can't go detecting! We've had rain off and on since Sunday and isn't to end until Friday.

 He IS watching TV. But he doesn't eat popcorn. Maybe a few Scooby Doo snacks?

Steve, are we still talking about General or are we talking about Larry?

Neither one of us is malnourished for sure, overworked? Maybe me, but General leads a dogs life. What tees me off is he is sitting in MY seat with the remote.

There for a minute I thought my son had gotten on the net, then I realized that there were not two of them on the couch. By the way I will take rain any day & send you the snow.

This MD'ing is so new to me and even though I'm kind of an old guy I still am like a kid in a lot of ways. (just ask my wife)
Anyway,I was home from work on Monday and it was a steady down pour so I suited up in my rain gear I use for going on the fishing boats and wrapped zip lock bags around the electronics on my new , used MXT and slogged out to a park that was deserted.
Found my first clad including a 70's half dollar and few pennies and a nickle. Along with bottle caps, pull tabs and some kids toy car.
Spent about an hour and a half and called it quits but it was great!
Rain? It's only water. (of course I live in the Seattle area and it's a part of our life)

Way to go on your first clad. And how about that half dollar! :clapping: Yes, you sound like a kid at heart. Nothing wrong with that. Congrats on your finds today and also thanks for the compiment on the picture. HH and try to stay out of the big puddles! Nancy

Here kitty kitty kitty! General loves to play with cats. We have one, but he doesn't like to play. It's not his "style".

Yeah, they got it rough. No toys, crappy living conditions. Ask where I fall into the pecking order around our household.
( I accept it)

Dogs?????:yikes:

Ping is a cat that brings home his friends. He did it AGAIN last night! He has made friends with a skunk and for the second time, he brought his friend home with him. I would not mind but the skunk is the same color as Ping! You put your head out the door to call the cat in only to discover it is the skunk again! WAHHHHH.......jim
