Rainy day button

Almost a wash out. I was already soaked from working on the mowers and lawn equipment so I went out in the rain for an hour. Dug some trash then found this flat button 15/32 inches 11.9 mm it seems to have a 6 point star in center of back can't make out the letters. Any info would be cool.

Six point star could be button off of a police uniform but its on the back so no idea……
