Unless we get one of those "Christmas Miracles" looks like detecting is over for the year !!!!!!
 
Elton, around here (Germantown/Memphis) the Winter months make for better detecting than the Summer months do.:)

Pretty hard to hunt with 8 10 inches of snow in all reality Tab... we do get out when we can... Now you also have to
keep in mind I am a freeze baby..and a "SISSY" when it comes to cold... LOL
 
I hear ya Elton. Some days I can get out in the cold, some days the bones just don't want to.
What helps tremendously is one of those neck things. It's made of fleece and you pull it down over your head to wear around the neck, not sure what it's called, Carhart makes them.

It's a neck gaiter. They work great.
