Rain & New Place to Hunt

Guys its raining in Texas in July. The Temp is under a 100 and I have another old House to hunt. One old house was torn down and a foot of dirt was hauled in. Another House put on top of the dirt. Driveway and back yard was not touched. V3i is chomping at the bit. Rob you know a way to cure that?

NO, not really.

I am sure it is in the manual. I have actually been rained out twice in the last week here in Texas. Just think how easy the digging will be when it stops.

Here in Texas it almost never rains in July. I get a kick out of those guys using the Lesch diggers, while I have to use a Miners pick. I might be able to hit it this afternoon. That V3i is chewing so hard it is draining the batteries and Rob does not even have a setting for it.

Rob is just jealous.........

With intermittent showers moving through the area you just need to be prepared with heavy zip lock bags and rubber bands. It will keep the electronics dry in an emergency but not very good in a hail storm.

Howdy daddyflea--

In my part of Texas, it seldom rains for more than 45 minutes ( so far it's only rained 3 or 4 time this year). So I just wait it out and then have some easier digging! If you can't wait, Explorer's idea is a good one for those rainy days. Best of luck and...

Happy Hunting!
