Racer discing small foil ,Still hits dime 4 " below it

this will work with small nuisance foil , heavy foil will = the target you may want but i was amazed it did so well normally this will only work if the foil is right on top of the good target but hay if you need to run the I,D, filter to 44 45 46 you can pick right thru this small foil and hit good targets below

Try your test in the dirt it changes things

will do , you are provly right, it may not work the same

Very interesting test Gunnar. Thanks for posting!

I did try again in ground , and the foil sat in ground over the dime don't know what changed but i could not duplicate the results the dime at 2.75" under it would not come thru I also had to use a bit more disc but i also noticed that when the dirt was dry it GB at 86 and when the dirt is most 83 so how that works i do not know but part of the way it works is getting the foil to just break up it is then that the dime will push it just the little bit to make a good sound . but why the GB would change in wet Vs dry is bend me i know some say dry dirt is harder to get good signals maybe that is why

When I had the racer if I disc past 35 I think it was,I lost targets due to too much disc.
