I have Racer 2 that has periodically exhibited odd behavior (squealing, out of control display etc.) I probably should have sent it in when it first acted up, but it was an infrequent thing and I chalked it up to bad ground (the earth not the electronics).. But now it's simply unusable. I can't seem to see where I should send it in. Any suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Yeah, talk to Van. he fixed my Kruzer in under a week,You wont get a response from Dilek since she is no longer handling customer repairs. Is it under warranty? also is the squealing the overload sound? The reason i asked is that I had this same overload noise thing happen to me when i moved the coil wire where it connects to the control box.I was able to cut the control wire cable back and repair the faulty soldering joints at the control box plug. If your Makro 2 ins no longer under warranty and you have the soldering skills you may want to try that, otherwise send it in to Van.
