Went back Saturday to an old trash site. This site is loaded with trash. A little background on this site. I searched it last year on different occassions using the V3i, XP Deux, AT Pro & Vaquero. I pulled one silver quarter out of this site last year. This was my third time to search this site this year since purchasing the Racer 2. The first time using the Racer 2, I used the small 5x4.5 coil. I pulled 4 wheats & a silver Rosie out of the trash. 2nd hunt there I only dug a couple of clads. The third hunt I decided to try the 10 x 5.5 coil. It proved it could do the job. Didn't find much but was satisfied with what I found. Pulled 3 wheats plus an old plated ring. The first two wheats where masked by trash but I could still get an indication that something was there. Definitely satisfied with the performance of the Racer 2. My hunting partner is getting tired of this trash site though.
