RACER 2 NUMERICAL READINGS

JOHNNYBOY

New member
Got a racer on the way (couldn't pas up that deal with free pinpointer, etc.you basically get detector for $300).Would like to have some idea of numerical reading of gold and silver coins....thanks

I've never found a gold coin, but I've found gold rings in the 20-24 region. Nickles come in at 26-30 Silver dimes come in between 79 and 83, Quarters at 86-90, and bigger silver higher than that, but like every other detector you'll want to dig every good repeatable signal. I have the Racer 2 and the Multi Kruzer, and i'm using the Racer 2 exclusively. It's a great machine.
