I can understand that the first sentence is referring to the fact that nickels have been moved out of the mid tone range and into the high tone range via the circuitry and I am guessing that the second sentence is saying that, due to the fact that gold rings can sometimes ID like nickels, gold rings will also sometimes ring up as a high tone.
Is that all it it saying?
